ABOUT ME
Hello, I’m Fiona. I’m an integrative psychotherapist, counsellor, supervisor, and therapeutic coach with over a decade’s experience supporting people in my private practice, higher education, and the charity sector.

Each person’s journey is unique, and over the years I’ve had the privilege of working with individuals from all walks of life. My approach is warm, open, and collaborative. Whether you’re feeling stuck, facing a specific challenge, or simply want to understand yourself better, I’ll work alongside you to help you make sense of what’s going on and move forward at your own pace.

For me, therapy isn’t about labels or judgement. It’s about creating a safe, confidential space where you can explore your feelings and experiences, gain insight into unhelpful patterns, and discover practical ways to cope and grow. I believe real change begins with self-understanding, and I’ll support you—gently and without pressure—to find what works best for you.

I draw on a range of evidence-based approaches, including established therapeutic models as well as practices such as breathwork and mindfulness. These can help you build resilience, manage day-to-day emotions, and deepen your self-awareness. My areas of expertise include stress, anxiety, trauma, difficulties with attachment and relationships, fertility challenges, depression, low self-esteem, confidence issues, workplace dilemmas, burnout, and life transitions. But you don’t have to have a specific problem to come to therapy. Many people simply want to reflect, find more meaning and fulfilment, or take some time to prioritise their wellbeing.

You’re welcome here, whether you know exactly what you’re hoping to work on or you’re just curious about what therapy might offer. Sometimes, it’s enough to start with a conversation in a supportive environment, free from judgement or expectation.

If you’d like to explore your options, talk things through, or simply have space to reflect, I’m here to help—wherever you are on your path. Please feel free to get in touch if you have any questions or would like to arrange an initial session. I look forward to hearing from you.
